I’m a Los Angeles-based stylist with East Coast roots, and a lifelong love affair with creativity that spans generations. Growing up, I’d plan my outfits by the day—mixing hand-me-downs into unique, personal expressions of style. Inspired by my mom’s talent in textile and interior design and my sister’s flair in shoe and interior design, I learned early that fashion isn’t just about trends—it’s about identity, history, and the memories woven into each piece. I first honed my craft working across corporate fashion, home décor, and everything in between, always searching for what exudes that special something and character in every design.

The idea For Decades was dreamt up in 2009 during a creative collaboration with my sister. Though we’re ten years apart and our lives have taken us in different directions, our shared love for vintage treasures and our family’s circulatory fashion legacy have always bound us together. Our mother’s influence, along with the vivid personality of my Ukrainian grandma—who made purple her signature hue—sparked the passion to honor our heritage. “Bukata” is my homage to that legacy, a reminder that style can be a family story passed down through the decades.

After following the call to the West Coast, I expanded my career into freelance styling, collaborating with top celebrity stylists and interior designers in the industry. Yet, as my journey progressed, I found that my true passion lay in authenticity. Fast fashion and fleeting trends became the antithesis of everything I stand for. At For Decades, I dedicate myself to sourcing bold, one-of-a-kind pieces that have soul and a story of their own. By championing secondhand, vintage, and ethically sourced finds, I’m not only curating timeless, quality pieces but also supporting a circular economy and a more sustainable approach to style.

My adventure into full-time re-selling began on Poshmark—where a side hustle turned into a calling. Living in Los Angeles, with its vibrant thrifting scene and boundless creative playground, I embraced the opportunity to bring my vision to life. Today, For Decades offers more than just carefully selected statement pieces; we also provide styling services honed from years of industry experience, all at an attainable price.
